After Hours Support
In any emergency situation that occurs after our normal business hours (08h00 - 17h00), then we do offer an AfterHours Support service. This service will however, only be offered to staff members that have been trained on the relevant systems.
The service is there for emergency application errors and critical system application processes that cannot be performed due to the program support service not being available immediately.
