System Administration

•	System Administration manages the ongoing operation and the initial setup of the property.
•	The administration module allows the administrator to add users, with specific login details.
•	All activity on the system will be recorded under each user’s login name and this can be reported on if and when it is necessary.
•	System administration also manages the room types and rates associated with each room type.
•	Rates can be assigned to specific date ranges, for seasonal and dynamic rates management.
•	Charge types can also be created in system administration, allowing you to assign payments to various revenue/charge centres, such as accommodation, food, laundry, beverage etc.
•	Build payment charges in system administration associated with payment types such as cash, credit card, EFT etc.
•	Orbit accommodates for house accounts in system admin, for any group/house accounts that your property may wish to manage.  These may vary from travel agents to general corporate accounts etc.
