Housekeeping and Maintenance

Apex manages your daily room statuses from its easily accessible and easily manageable ‘room status’ menu option.
The status of the room is automatically changed from ‘clean’ to ‘dirty’ when you run day end at the property.
The housekeeping status of the room is also visible on your ‘room rack’ view for an overall snapshot of the property.
The maintenance status of a room is managed under housekeeping as well, allowing for the room to be removed from inventory or not.
A unit under maintenance can be flagged for urgent attention or it can be flagged as a low level maintenance issue not removing the room from your inventory and it can still be sold.
Apex creates extensive housekeeping and maintenance reporting options available daily for practical management of the housekeeping staff and maintenance issues.
