eRes® Central Reservations

GroupView CRM and Loyalty is our groupware product developed for hotel and lodge owners that wish to manage guest stay records, details of the guests and frequent guest/loyalty programs - data warehousing.

GroupView is a unique central profiling tool for all guests, agents and other groups that you may wish to manage or record on the system.

GroupView CRM has a comprehensive loyalty and redemption module built-in to the system.

You may process rewards or redemptions in GroupView and this can be done using secure logins and personal identification numbers (PIN) for specific frequent guests.

Apex Property Management

Apex is an established Property Management System (PMS) within the hospitality Industry, particularly in Southern and Eastern Africa.

Apex is your complete front of house solution with a friendly Microsoft ‘look and feel’ for your staff’s convenience.

The products key attributes are ease of use and low training requirements. Front desk can access all functions and guest information from one screen. Other key features include, reservation lookup, room chart, room availability, room rack (digital whitney rack), reports package for all management – financial, housekeeping and front office reports.

Apex enables seamless integration with all aspects of your properties requirements, from POS and Stock Control integration (Micros, PlusPoint etc.), telephone management systems integration (MAN3000, Midas etc.), accounting software (AccPac, Great Plains, Sun, Pastel) as well as a fully integrated functions and banqueting module for conferencing environments.

You also have the option of including an activities module and if your establishment operates as timeshare, we also have a timeshare module to manage guest share-blocks and reservations.

Orbit doesn’t interface to any other systems that your property might operate, such as your POS, TMS and accounting software.
