We can also supply you with your very own Internet Booking Engine - eRes® WebBookings - to take reservations and payment online. This product is available off the shelf with very little customisation required. Having completed the integration to various payment gateways we then provide your property or group of properties with full on-line bookability and payment on your website.
Coupled with eRes®, we have developed another web based product known as GroupView CRM & Loyalty, a Data Warehousing, CRM/Central Profiling & Loyalty product with complete guest stay history, marketing tools as well as financial and statistical reporting capability. This product is designed for properties to manage guest records and historical marketing data for all your valuable guests, with a comprehensive loyalty module (optional).
We also locally develop (based on international specification and standards) and supply our own Property Management System (PMS) which competes head on with the larger imported products.
