This product is known as GroupView CRM & Loyalty and it is a groupware product designed for properties to manage guest records and historical marketing data for all of their valuable guests.

At the property level we supply a world class Property Management System (PMS) with full functionality from GL and telephone accounting integration to banqueting, conferencing and time-share management capability. Apex, our full-blown PMS is used by over 130 properties throughout Africa. Other standard features include reservations and availability management, POS integration, maintenance and house-keeping at the property as well as seamless integration with our groupware software, eRes® CRS and GroupView.

PlusPoint Point of Sale (POS) and Stock Control has been greatly successful in the local hospitality market and is used extensively throughout Africa. In terms of Point of Sale and stock control functionality, PlusPoint’s friendly appearance masks its powerful management of stock levels for all outlets and stores at your establishment. PlusPoint integrates seamlessly with other major PMS’, including Apex PMS.
